Senate Confirms Nomination of Allison H. Lee as SEC Commissioner

The U.S. Senate confirmed Allison H. Lee as an SEC Commissioner, replacing former Commissioner Kara Stein. Previously, Ms. Lee served as a Senior Counsel in the SEC's Complex Financial Instruments Unit of the Enforcement Division, Counsel to Ms. Stein, and an Enforcement Counsel to the SEC.
