SEC Adjusts Securities Transaction Fee Rates

The SEC issued an Order making annual adjustments to transaction fee rates. The new rates will take effect on July 4, 2017. For charge dates that occur from that point on, self-regulatory organizations will pay the SEC at a rate of $23.10 per million dollars in covered sales.
