In a hearing before the House Financial Services Committee, Members of the Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit Subcommittee expressed concerns that the Qualified Mortgage rule mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act will reduce access to credit that qualified borrowers need to buy homes.
