SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies to Discuss Definition of "Accredited Investor"

The SEC announced that the Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will meet on May 18, 2016, to consider the definition of "accredited investor," as described in a recent SEC staff report, and new developments concerning unregistered securities offerings under Regulation D.
