House Financial Services Committee Elects Vice Chair

The U.S. House Committee on Financial Services elected Representative Michael San Nicolas (D-GU) as Vice Chair. Mr. San Nicolas, Delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives for Guam's at-large congressional district, is the first Vice Chair of the Committee who is a delegate of a U.S. Territory.
