CFTC Requests Comments on the Application of Nodal Clear, LLC for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

The CFTC announced that it is seeking public comments on an application submitted by Nodal Clear, LLC ("Nodal Clear") for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments must be submitted by June 8, 2015.
