Fifth Circuit Denies Motions to Intervene in DOL Fiduciary Lawsuit

A three-judge panel for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an Order, without explanation, denying motions filed by the AARP and the Attorneys General of California, New York and Oregon to intervene in connection with the Court's recent decision to vacate the DOL fiduciary rule.
