CFTC Acting Director of the Division of Market Oversight Amanda L. Olear will leave the CFTC on May 2, 2025.
As head of the Division of Market Oversight, Ms. Olear oversaw derivatives trading platforms and swap data repositories. She also served on Acting Chair Caroline D. Pham's executive management team. Previously, she served as Director of the Market Participants Division.
