SEC Provides Guidance on Asset-Level Disclosure Filings under Reg AB

The SEC released Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations that provide guidance on the filing of asset-level disclosures on Form ABS-EE.

The guidance relates to revisions to Regulation AB and other rules governing the offering, disclosure, and reporting for asset-backed securities.
