Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus Applauds Senate Confirmation of Treasury General Counsel

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus announced his approval of the Senate's confirmation of Christopher Meade to be general counsel of the Department of the Treasury, stating: "Christopher Meade's impressive legal background will be a true asset to the Treasury Department and Secretary Lew." The Finance Committee approved the nomination in February.
