NASAA to Hold Public Policy Conference

NASAA will hold a public policy conference, "Enforcement and Deterrence in Today's Financial Markets," Monday, May 16, 2016, in Washington D.C.

Panels will examine the role of enforcement as an extension of public policy and the challenges confronting prosecutors amid the increasing complexity of securities fraud and white collar crime in general. A special one-on-one interview will examine prosecution of cases involving elder abuse and financial exploitation.
