The SEC named Alex Oh as Director of the Division of Enforcement.
Most recently, Ms. Oh was a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, co-chairing the firm's Anti-Corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act practice. Ms. Oh previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
