CFTC Renews Market Risk Advisory Committee

The CFTC renewed the charter of the Market Risk Advisory Committee ("MRAC"). The notice of renewal was published in the Federal Register.

The MRAC's activities include conducting public meetings and submitting reports and recommendations to the CFTC concerning "(i) systemic issues that impact the stability of the derivatives markets and other related financial markets, and (ii) the impact and implications of the evolving market structure of the derivatives markets and other related financial markets."
