FDIC Sets Comment Deadline on Revisions to Policy Statement on Bank Merger Transactions

Comments on FDIC proposed amendments to its Statement of Policy ("SOP") on Bank Merger Transactions are due on or before June 18, 2024. The updated SOP describes FDIC administration of responsibilities under the Bank Merger Act.
