CFTC Names Director of Office of Legislative Affairs
CFTC Acting Chair J. Christopher Giancarlo appointed N. Charles "Charlie" Thornton III to be Director of the Office of Legislative Affairs.
Previously, Mr. Thornton served as Senior Professional Staff and Counsel for the Senate Agriculture Committee, and was Counsel for Delta Strategy Group. Mr. Thornton will begin working at the CFTC on April 17, 2017.
