SEC Holds Cybersecurity Roundtable (with Delta Strategy Group Summary)

The SEC held a cybersecurity roundtable to discuss the issues and challenges that cybersecurity presents for market participants and public companies. The panelists discussed (i) the cybersecurity landscape, (ii) cybersecurity disclosure issues faced by public companies, (iii) cybersecurity issues faced by exchanges and other market systems, and (iv) how broker-dealers, investment advisers and transfer agents address cybersecurity issues.
