Federal Register: SEC Requests Comments on Proposed Amendments to Municipal Securities Disclosure Requirements

The SEC requested comments on proposed amendments to SEA Rule 15c2-12. The amendments would require issuers of municipal securities to disclose two additional types of event notices to the MSRB following primary offerings (see previous coverage). The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on the proposed amendments must be submitted by May 15, 2017.
