SEC Grants Exemptive Relief from Certain Tender Offer Requirements

Subject to certain conditions, the SEC Division of Corporation Finance granted exemptive relief to an Argentinian transporter of natural gas and three other companies. The action concerns a tender offer for shares of the Argentinian company and the relief is from certain requirements under Securities Exchange Act Section 14(d)(6) and Rules 14d-8 and 14d-10(a)(2).
