NYDFS Approves Virtual Currency Charter for BitGo NY

The New York State Department of Financial Services ("NYDFS") granted a trust charter to BitGo New York Trust Company LLC. The charter authorizes the company to provide digital asset custodial services and engage in virtual currency activity. To date, the NYDFS has approved 28 such charters.
