CFPB Now Accepting Consumer Complaints about Online Marketplace Lenders

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") announced that it is accepting complaints from consumers who encounter problems with loans from online marketplace lenders. In addition, the CFPB published a bulletin that provides an overview of marketplace lending and offers tips for consumers who are considering taking out loans from marketplace lenders.
