FSA Enforcement Chief Reflects on 2011 and the Role of the New FCA

Tracey McDermott, acting director of the Enforcement and Financial Crime Division of the Financial Services Authority, has given a speech on the FSA's investigations and enforcement regime to the City and Financial Conference.
The speech mainly reflects on the anticipated role of the Financial Conduct Authority, a new body that will take on the FSA's enforcement activities following the expected disbanding of the FSA in 2013.
