ESMA Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group Comments on Guidelines to MiFID

The Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group of ESMA has issued guidelines on:

(i) certain aspects of the MiFID compliance function requirements; and

(ii) certain aspects of the MiFID suitability requirements.
