Commentary
Valued Clients and Readers,
I am so happy to share with you the news that my colleague, Mark Highman, and I have joined Norton Rose Fulbright.
We are excited to join a law firm that can provide clients with deep legal and strategic counsel across a broad range of legal areas, and in more than fifty jurisdictions - virtually every significant jurisdiction in the world. There may not be any area of law so inherently multi-jurisdictional as financial regulation. Our move to Norton Rose Fulbright also offers us the opportunity to be part of a global financial services practice that has legal depth in financial services practices closely related to our own, including in AML, sanctions, AI, cryptocurrencies, privacy, cyber and bankruptcy. This move will greatly expand our ability to serve clients. We are excited to combine our U.S. legal and regulatory experience with those of Norton Rose Fulbright’s extraordinary domestic and global bench.
Much more on this and what it means for you (our readers and subscribers) in the near future. For now, stay tuned and feel free to:
