CPMI-IOSCO Provide Technical Guidance on Unique Transaction Identifiers

The Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures ("CPMI") and the IOSCO Board provided technical guidance to regulatory authorities on harmonizing the uniform global usage of Unique Transaction Identifiers ("UTI") for over-the-counter derivatives. Specifically, the joint report provides guidance on the definition, format and usage of the UTI.
