Technical Amendments to Rule 17a-8: Financial Recordkeeping and Reporting of Currency and Foreign Transactions

The SEC adopted technical amendments to Exchange Act Rule 17a-8 to update a reference to implementing regulations of the Bank Secrecy Act. The amendment is intended to respond to FinCEN's reorganization of the Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
