President Trump Nominates Brian Quintenz for CFTC Chair

President Donald Trump nominated Brian Quintenz to be the next Chair of the CFTC for a term expiring April 13, 2029.

On social media, Mr. Quintenz, who previously served as Commissioner between 2017 and 2021, said the CFTC is "well poised to ensure the USA leads the world in blockchain technology and innovation.
