MSRB Retires Outdated Interpretive Guidance

As part of an undertaking to retrospectively review its interpretive guidance catalog, the MSRB will retire "15 pieces of guidance" that it considers either outdated or superfluous. The MSRB stated that the guidance still can be accessed on its designated webpage for archived interpretive guidance. The retirement of the selected guidance will go into effect on May 10, 2021.

The outdated or superfluous guidance concerns MSRB Rules G-3, G-8, G-12, G-14, G-16, G-17, G-20, G-23, G-33, G-37 and G-38.
