Federal Register: SEC Requests Comments on MSRB Proposal Concerning Minimum Denominations
The SEC requested comments on an MSRB proposal that would implement provisions regarding minimum denominations for an issue of municipal securities. The MSRB proposal concerns draft MSRB Rule G-49 regarding transactions below the minimum denomination for an issue of municipal securities. The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.
Comments on the proposal must be submitted by March 2, 2017.
