The Royal Bank of Scotland Settles LIBOR Manipulation Charges with CFTC

The CFTC announced an Order against The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and RBS Securities Japan Limited (collectively, "RBS") regarding its activities in LIBOR for Yen and Swiss Franc.
