SEC Names Acting Deputy Director of Enforcement
The SEC named Kelly L. Gibson, current SEC Philadelphia Regional Office Director, as Acting Deputy Director of the Division of Enforcement. Prior to joining the SEC in 2008 as a Philadelphia Division of Enforcement staff attorney, Ms. Gibson was a litigation associate at Ballard Spahr LLP.
