FTC, DOJ Implement Temporary Suspension of Early Termination Grants for HSR Filings

The FTC and the DOJ Antitrust Division (the "agencies") implemented a temporary suspension of early termination grants for filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act ("HSR filings"). The agencies stated that they expect the temporary suspension - brought on by an unprecedented volume of HSR filings - to be "brief."
