SEC Acting Chair Lee Names Executive Staff

SEC Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee released her executive staff roster, which includes:

  • Chief of Staff Prashant Yerramalli;

  • Deputy Chief of Staff Frank Buda;

  • Chief Counsel Eric Juzenas;

  • Director of Administration Adrien Anderson; and

  • Senior Advisor for Regulatory Reporting Hugh Beck.

The SEC also named Satyam Khanna as Climate and Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Senior Policy Advisor.
