Comment Deadlines

  • February 2: Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System-proposed rule requiring banking organizations to disclose their liquidity metrics. The proposed rule would comprise the first required public disclosure of quantitative liquidity risk measures for large banking organizations.
  • February 3: FINRA proposal to extend the expiration date for FINRA Rule 0180 ("Application of Rules to Security-Based Swaps") until February 11, 2017.
  • February 5: CFTC interim final rule that will exempt particular uncleared swaps with certain counterparties from the final margin requirement rules, which will become effective on April 1, 2016.
  • February 11: FINRA proposal that would establish margin requirements for "To-Be-Announced" and other forward-settling transactions in agency securities on such transactions.
