FINRA Provides Overview of 2017 Election Cycle

In anticipation of annual elections, FINRA provided an overview of the governance structure for the District Committees, the Small Firm Advisory Board, the National Adjudicatory Council and the Board of Governors. In addition, FINRA provided descriptions of the responsibilities of each of the relevant bodies and detailed how eligible individuals can become candidates.
