SEC Announces Senior Staff Departures

In a series of news releases, the SEC announced the departures of senior staff at the agency.

These include: 

  • Amanda Fischer, Chief of Staff; effective immediately;
  • Corey Klemmer, Policy Director; effective immediately;
  • Scott Schneider, a counselor to Gary Gensler and Director of the Office of Public Affairs; effective next month; and
  • Sanjay Wadhwa, the Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement; effective January 31, 2025.
