President Trump Names Acting Chairs of CFTC and SEC
President Donald J. Trump named Commissioner Caroline D. Pham as Acting Chair of the CFTC and Commissioner Mark T. Uyeda as Acting Chair of the SEC.
Caroline D. Pham's appointment follows a unanimous vote by CFTC Commissioners. Ms. Pham succeeds Rostin Behnam.
President Trump tapped Mark T. Uyeda to be Acting Chair. He succeeds Gary Gensler.
