ISDA Cleared Swaps Comment Letter
ISDA has submitted comments in response to Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the Protection of Cleared Swaps Customers Before and After Commodity Broker Bankruptcies issued by the CFTC, seeking comment on possible models for implementing certain provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act.
