President Obama Nominates Two to Fill CFTC Commissioner Vacancies

President Obama renominated Dr. Christopher James Brummer and Brian D. Quintenz to fill two CFTC commissioner vacancies. Brummer and Quintenz were nominated previously in March 2016, but were rejected by the Senate Agricultural Committee. Their renomination must be confirmed by the unanimous consent of the entire U.S. Senate.
