NFA Submits Bylaws Changes on Voting Procedures and Advisory Committees

The NFA submitted to the CFTC a number of proposed amendments to its Bylaws. The amendments would (i) implement an electronic voting process for the NFA's Board of Directors' elections, and for approval votes for Articles of Incorporation amendments, and (ii) formally establish the Introducing Broker Advisory Committee and the Swap Participant Advisory Committee. The NFA also proposed to repeal Bylaw 503 regarding the Removal of Directors.
