SEC Enforcement Director Andrew Ceresney will leave the SEC by the end of this year.

SEC Director of the Division of Corporation Finance Keith Higgins will leave the SEC in early January.

SEC Director of the Division of Trading and Markets Stephen Luparello, SEC Enforcement Division Chief Litigation Counsel Matthew C. Solomon and SEC Chief Accountant James Schnurr will leave the Commission by the first of the year.
