MSRB to Review Amended Disclosure Requirements
At an upcoming webinar, MSRB will review "key provisions" of amendments to (i) MSRB Rule G-15 on confirmation, clearance, settlement and other uniform practice requirements with respect to transactions with customers, and (ii) MSRB Rule G-30 on prices and commissions related to the disclosure of markups and markdowns on certain customer confirmations, as well as guidance on prevailing market prices.
The webinar will take place on January 12, 2017 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
