New TRACE Reports Available February 1st

FINRA notified firms that beginning on February 1, 2018, two new data reports for Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine ("TRACE") eligible securities will be made available to subscribers: (i) the End-of-Day TRACE Transaction File and (ii) the TRACE Security Activity Report.

As previously covered, the End-of-Day TRACE Transaction File will contain all transaction data disseminated as part of the Real-Time TRACE transaction data on that day in a single file. The report will include all data elements currently provided via FINRA's Real-Time Data Feed, such as CUSIP, price, size and contra-party data identifiers.

The TRACE Security Activity Report is a monthly report that will provide aggregated statistics by security for TRACE-eligible corporate and agency bonds on a 90-day delayed basis.
