Jochen Mann is a lawyer in Frankfurt. Jochen advises national and international institutions on banking supervision, KWG licenses, shareholder control, requirements for managers and remuneration systems as well as in- and outbound branches of institutions.
Jochen gives counsel on capital markets and securities regulation, derivatives and related areas (EMIR, MiFIR), and compliance and governance requirements. In addition, he advises non-financial enterprises on regulatory issues in connection with MiFID II and MAR. Besides his regulatory practice, Jochen has extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A, as well as in the defense against prospectus liability claims.
Jochen is a native German speaker and speaks fluent English.
