Stephen McNabb is Chief Legal Officer and Head of the International Trade Practice Group based in Washington, DC. He has counseled clients on compliance with international trade laws and regulations (including regulations administered by the Department of Commerce, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Department of State) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

He has also represented clients in investigations and enforcement matters involving export and sanctions laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
