The report makes further recommendations to improve the UK's fight against foreign bribery and includes an overview of recent enforcement actions.

Financial Services Authority On 29 March 2012, the FSA published a report of the findings of its thematic review into anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) systems and controls in investment banks. The FSA opined that the investment banking sector has been too slow and reactive in managing ABC risks.
